Manage Your Award

Once a sponsor grants you an award, you will receive an Award/Project/Task number. This account is used in conducting any transaction on the award.

Based on the initial proposal and budget, you may use the funds on the award to:

A principal investigator may also delegate access to spend on the account using ERAS.

You may see the financial status and run reports on transactions using the RF Report Center. This too can be delegated using the applicable forms.

You are also obligated to submit project progress reports to the sponsor as required.

There are significant "do's" and "don'ts" when spending the award funds. It is essential for you to be aware of these policies and guidelines.
