This is the Abundance of Community page.  In the early months of the Spring 2015 semester, the Community was formed by Stony Brook Twitter users.  Awaiting school closure announcements with the header "Out of an abundance of caution" the Community shared Tweets about the homework they would put off until the next day or any other activities on their favorite social media outlet. The Office of Emergency Management continues to ask for the support of the Community and ask that students, faculty and staff send in pictures to be displayed on the community page. We hope the Community continues to grow in the coming years with Stony Brook's success. We continue to strive to keep the Community safe.
