​Every September, join us as we bring together our partners in our health and wellness journey where we can learn about the resources available to balance and prioritize mental and physical health both in and outside of the workplace.

SBU HR Healthier U has partnered with the Hawrys Campus Recreation and Wellness Center to offer our employees free Zumba, Yoga and Spin classes for six-week sessions seasonally.
