Kaleb Lewis, French Horn
Kaleb Lewis is a French hornist, born and raised in Alabama but grew up in New York. He
received a Bachelor’s degree in French horn performance from Queens college and went on to also receive a Master’s degree in French horn performance from Stony Brook University. Throughout his collegiate years Kaleb has been a proud devoted student of David Jolley. Kaleb has been able to hone his skills and were afforded opportunities to play all around. He played with the String Orchestra of Brookyln, Manhattan Symphony Orchestra, and various opera/musical productions. He also has found his way into studio recordings, most recently being the Symphony of Grace by Jackie McCullough. This summer Kaleb was a part of a tour with the Prague Summer Nights Festival. Currently Kaleb has begun the DMA program at Stony Brook University. He also has taken on the role as the Undergraduate Horn TA.
