You Didn’t Submit Full Proof of COVID Vaccination - Interim Restriction from Campus Starting Thursday 9/30

Dear Seawolves,

As of 11am today, our records indicate that you are enrolled in at least one in-person class and have missed the September 24 deadline to submit your proof of vaccination against COVID. As previously communicated, all SUNY students were required to submit full proof of their COVID vaccination (two doses if you received Pfizer or Moderna vaccines) by Friday, September 24 in order to remain enrolled in their in-person classes.

If you do not upload proof of your full vaccination by Wednesday, September 29 to the Wolfie Health Portal,  you will receive an interim restriction from campus beginning Thursday, September 30.  An interim restriction means you will be restricted from the Stony Brook University campus, including all buildings, classrooms, and grounds (with the exception of the University Hospital, or to come to campus to get vaccinated).

COVID vaccines are widely available at pharmacies, local health departments, clinics, and other locations across the state. Visit Vaccines.gov to find appointments near you or contact your local pharmacy or provider. In addition, Student Health Services is offering vaccination PODs on campus. For more information, visit https://www.stonybrook.edu/commcms/studentaffairs/shs/august_vaccine_pods.php

Click here for instructions on how to upload your proof of vaccination to the Wolfie Health Portal.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this important health and safety matter.  If you have any questions, please email vaccinations@stonybrook.edu.

Sincerely,
