I Have Not Yet Received My COVID Vaccine, but Will Now Get Vaccinated Given the FDA Approval and SUNY Requirement

If you have not yet received your COVID vaccine,
the deadline to complete the second dose of a two-dose series (i.e., Pfizer or Moderna) or the single-dose vaccine (i.e., J&J) and submit the proof of vaccination to the Wolfie Health Portal is Friday, September 24, 2021.  You must upload your proof of vaccination by September 24 to remain enrolled in your in-person fall classes and/or use an in-person campus service or facility. Proof of vaccination of a two-part series is the completion of both doses.Click here for instructions on how to upload your proof of vaccination to the Wolfie Health Portal.
