Stony Brook University offers a variety of facilities that are outfitted with the
latest technologies. Stony Brook sites can meet departmental, student organization,
or corporate needs. Whether you would like to host a business retreat, conference,
or formal banquet celebration, our unique spaces are sure to fit your needs.
Within our Conference Services unit, a team of professionals will be working for you
and with you to ensure staffing is provided, equipment is in place and deadlines are
met. Once your reservation is confirmed, the dedicated Conference Services Staff will
guide you each step of the way to ensure a successful event.
When submitting your request, please try to be as detailed and accurate with your
information as possible. This will aid us in better assisting you. Note: Space is
awarded on a first come, first serve basis.
Internal Reservation Requests External Reservation Requests
If you are with a SBU Department and you need access to 25Live, please complete the
25Live Training/Access Form. The Registrar's Office will contact you with login credentials. For additional information related to 25Live, please visit DoIT.
All registered student organizations are welcome to use our University facilities.
Reservations must be requested through your Student Activities Advisor. After the
space is approved, a walk through may be requested and a cost estimate (if any) provided.
Registered student organizations are not charged rental of meeting spaces for internal
events; additional equipment or services requested may incur fees. Any event that
is open to the other universities, groups, or public is an internal/external event.
All student requests get priority of space after 5:30 pm.
External groups are welcome to use the University spaces for trainings, tradeshows,
conferences, award ceremonies and more! Our unique venues are unlike a typical hotel
setting and are easily accessible in the heart of Stony Brook University's main campus.
