What is New Seawolf Welcome ?
New Seawolf Welcome is geared toward getting you acclimated to Stony Brook University and to introduce you to faculty, staff, and fellow students. Each student has a unique schedule of Assigned Required Workshops. All workshops can be found in SBEngaged, our online platform that houses campus events, organizations & involvement opportunities. What is the schedule for New Seawolf Welcome?
Students will each have a unique schedule comprised of Assigned Required Workshops. In order to fulfill New Seawolf Welcome requirements, students are required to attend all of their assigned workshops. All programs will be available on SB Engaged . Students should review this step by step guide to view and manage their schedule.

Dining During New Seawolf Welcome
The dining program offers two all-you-care-to-eat dine-in locations to use meal plan swipes and over a dozen retail locations to use dining dollars.
Dining Dollars are active starting on TBD. Dining Dollars can be used at any retail dining location plus when used to pay at dine-in, you save 10% on the door rate.
Meal Swipes are active starting on TBD for brunch and can be used at East Side and West Side (all-you-care-to-eat) dine-in.
