Post-award Disclosure of Current Support and In-kind Contribution Information
If an organization discovers that a PI or co-PI on an active NSF award failed to disclose current support or in-kind contribution information as part of the proposal submission process, the AOR must submit the information outlined in the article within 30 calendar days of the identification of the undisclosed current support or in-kind contribution.

Since 1978, NSF has required senior project personnel on proposals to disclose all
sources of support, both foreign and domestic. A renewed effort is now underway to ensure
that existing requirements to disclose current and pending support information are known,
understood, and followed.
POLICY UPDATES
NSF 22-1 effective October 4, 2021 includes a table of foreign activities that must be disclosed in the pre and post award processes.
