Resume

Brandyn Parker is a novelist who was carried into academia by a desire to better understand the human mind through analyzing literature. Among other things, he is interested in researching how (and if) the psychologies of literary characters reflect "real life" phenomena, and how neurodivergent characters are represented in film and fictional stories. Just recently, he has become interested in AI and how automated stories using LLMs compare—either positively or negatively—to fiction that is organically produced (yes, by flesh and blood human writers).

Aside from contributing to his backlog of fictional stories and research papers, he spends time learning about self-sustainability for the purpose of one day buying land in the middle of nowhere—though ideally not too far from a major university.
