As Docket Manager, Marcus Gibson works in Stony Brook University's Intellectual Property Partners and works closely with Stony Brook University's Director of Contracts & Intellectual Property, University faculty and staff as well as outside counsel, to maintain IPP's docket and report University inventions and IP to the Federal Government. Marcus is passionate about Intellectual Property and his goal is to strengthen SBU's IP, while maintaining the University's compliance. Marcus received his JD from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2021.
