LEARNING OBJECTIVES

1. Upon completion of the degree, students should be able to demonstrate a rich and sophisticated understanding of the historical and theoretical paradigms and the significant debates that shape contemporary art history, and contemporary media theory.

2. Upon completion of the degree, students should be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the global history of post war art, in terms of themes, movements, and the practice of particular artists.

3. Upon completion of the degree, students should be able to produce original and substantial contributions to the study of art history, media history, theory and practice.
