LEARNING OBJECTIVES

1. Upon completion of the degree, students should be able to use multiple quantitative decision-making techniques and be able to analyze the role of bias in judgements.

2. Upon completion of the degree, students should be able to manage technical and social aspects to explain complicated phenomena and demonstrate mastery of socio-technological systems concepts.

3. Upon completion of the degree, students should be able to evaluate and criticize the ethical decisions encountered in the engineering design process.

4. Upon completion of the degree, students should be able to identify, explain, and apply basic concepts of Science, Technology, Society research including identifying different research methodologies and evaluating competing research claims.

5. Upon completion of the degree, students should be able to work collaboratively with faculty to demonstrate the concepts, analytical tools and practical skills learned in the program.
