GOVERNOR HOCHUL DIRECTS FLAGS TO HALF-STAFF 

Governor Hochul will direct flags to be flown at half-staff on State buildings from sunrise to sunset on Monday, October 7, for the one-year anniversary of the terrorist attacks against the State of Israel.
