The Campus Life Centers offer both indoor and outdoor event spaces. Amenities and capacity vary by venue. For more information on specific locations, please select if you would like to hold your event indoors or outdoors.
Indoor Spaces
Campus Life Centers can offer a wide variety of indoor spaces to host large groups or smaller
breakout rooms. Whether you need an auditorium setting or a classroom environment,
we have the space you need for your next event.

CHANGING OR CANCELING A RESERVATION
Please be sure to notify us of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible. All requests should be made in writing to the staff member who is assisting you with your event.
Please note that cancellations made outside of the cancellation window or failing to attend your reservation without advance notice may result in a fee. For full information regarding our cancellation policy, please review the Campus Life Centers Policies and Procedures Manual.
All external organizations are responsible for adhering to all SUNY, Stony Brook University and Campus Life Centers policies.
