Staging
Indoor staging is available in many of our event spaces as an upgraded service. We can also provide outdoor staging in certain areas of campus. If you’re interested in any of our staging options, speak to your event coordinator for more information.
OUTDOOR PODIUM
Modular podiums are available for use by speakers during a variety of outdoor engagements. These podiums serve as a focal point for speakers, providing a platform for addressing an audience and can be used in conjunction with our outdoor staging.
POPCORN MACHINE
Available as an upgrade to any reservation, our Popcorn Machine adds a touch of fun to any event. Fully staffed, our popcorn machine comes with 50 servings of popcorn. Additional servings available upon request.
PHOTO BOOTH
Our interactive and customizable photo booth will add a memorable touch to any event. The software offers the simplicity of an iPad, with the quality of a professional DSLR camera. Guests are free to take as many photos as they would like, and have them sent directly to their cell phone or email address. The booth comes equipped with a ring light, and will be attended by an A/V technician for assistance. You may choose from several digital backgrounds, props, stickers, filters, and effects built into the app, or you may design and use your very own graphics, banners, stickers, or animations for a personalized experience!
