HOW TO ORDER

Step 1: Download the Nutrislice App

  1. Visit your device's app store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
  2. Search for "Nutrislice" and download the app.
  3. Open the app and sign in using your existing Nutrislice account or create a new one.

 

 

Step 2: Locate Your School or Institution 

  1. Upon opening the app, you will see a search bar at the top.
  2. Type "Stony Brook University."
  3. Tap on "Stony Brook University" when it appears in the search results.
  4. You can also use the "Near Me" feature if you are on campus.

 

 

Step 3: Browse the Menu

  1. Tap the "View Menus" button, and then tap "Pick up" to view pick up location menus.
  2. Tap on a dining location to view its menu.
  3. Scroll through the menu to explore the available food options.
  4. Tap on any menu item to view its details, including ingredients, allergens, and nutritional information

 

 

Step 4: Customize Your Order

  1. If customization options are available for a particular item, you can select your preferences, such as toppings, dressings, or sides.
  2. Some items may offer portion size options or dietary preferences (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free). Choose accordingly. 

 

 

Step 5: Add Items to Your Cart

  1. To add an item to your order, tap the "Add to Order" button.
  2. The item will be added to your cart, and you can view the contents by tapping on the shopping bag icon at the top right corner of the screen.

 

 

Step 6: Review and Place Your Order

  1. After you have added all the desired items to your cart, review your order summary.
  2. Ensure that the items, quantities, and customizations are accurate.
  3. If you have any special instructions or notes for the kitchen, you can add them in the designated field.
  4. When you are ready, tap the "Submit Order" button.

 

 

Step 7: Create an Account and Proceed to Payment

  1. Follow the instructions to continue to payment information
  2. Create an account and/or continue as a guest.
  3. You can Log into your Net ID to use your dining dollars, wolfie wallet and/or continue within your account

 

 

Step 8: Confirmation and Pickup

  1. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation with the pickup location and time. If you want to receive text messages that your order is ready - please make sure you enter your phone number within your profile and the feature is enabled. 
  2. Make a note of the details or add a reminder to your calendar.
  3. Arrive at the designated pickup location at the specified time to collect your order.

Remember, Nutrislice offers a convenient way to order food, save time, and ensure you have a satisfying meal. If you encounter any issues or have questions, refer to the Nutrislice support section in the app.
