Admissions Processing Timelines

WHEN	WHAT	HOW
WHEN Prior to Published Deadline	WHAT Submit Materials	HOW Create an account in our application portal and submit materials. Note your PIN and Password.
WHEN Weekly	WHAT Wait for Review	HOW Check the status/receipt of materials by logging into your account.
WHEN Approximately 3-4 Weeks After Application Deadline	WHAT Receive Decision	HOW When a decision has been made, you will receive an email explaining that you need to log into the portal to review your decision. Click on the link in the decision email to reply to the offer of admission. Note: If you don't respond, your application cannot be sent to SPD for processing.
WHEN 2-4 Weeks After Admissions Offer	WHAT Receive Matriculation Email	HOW Once your application has been fully processed by SPD, you will receive an email explaining how and when you can enroll.
WHEN During Enrollment Period	WHAT Enroll	HOW Log into SOLAR and address holds (e.g., proof of health insurance, signing the financial responsbility statement, etc.). Search for classes and begin enrolling. Refer to SOLAR's Student FAQ page for helpful instructions.

WHEN Approximately 3 to 5 Business Days After Submission	WHAT Receive Matriculation Email	HOW Once your application has been fully processed by SPD, you will receive an email explaining how and when you can enroll.
