"I worked at a small branch of about 7 coworkers in total and everyone was such a pleasure to work with. Immediately, they provided such a welcoming environment and whenever I asked for help– which I did many times– they were always so accommodating even during stressful moments. I was also able to meet with other interns and was able to connect with students to talk about our experiences. Even during times of stress and difficulty, they were so helpful and provided constructive feedback. During moments of downtime, it was a good chance to talk with my coworkers and get to know them more on a personal level. The culture of our office was a little on the laid back side. During the internship, as I mentioned before, we were able to meet with the other interns at other locations by meeting in the admin building for training. During these training meetups, we were also able to connect with managers and higher-ups, who were all very nice and welcoming. The company puts a lot of importance on the customer and customer satisfaction. This internship gave me great customer service experience and it opened up my eyes to many facets of a car rental business. Furthermore, the company believes in upward mobility and how quickly someone can move up within the company.
